Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering as a Channel Partner with Peram Eco City.
Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, and in consideration of the services provided by the Channel Partner ("Channel Partner") solely to Peram Group ("Company"), the Company shall pay commission to the Channel Partner.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a Channel Partner means any person who negotiates or acts on behalf of the Company in a transaction relating to the transfer or sale of the Company's plots, apartments, or villas ("Residential Units") in a real estate project. This includes any person who introduces prospective buyers and sellers through any medium for negotiation or purchase of plots, apartments, or buildings, and receives remuneration, fees, commission, or any other charges for such services.
Each invoice shall be delivered to the address specified by the Company either by courier or by hand delivery. Payment will not be released for any alternate payee or in case of mismatch between the organization name and beneficiary name mentioned in the invoice.
Subject to the fulfilment of the clauses stated herein, the commission shall be released within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Company. All payments shall be subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source.
If the booking of the unit is cancelled or terminated before 30% of the sale value is paid by the customer to the Company, the Channel Partner shall refund the commission paid by the Company within 15 days.
The Company may conduct background verification through third-party agencies or representatives to verify the information provided in the registration form.
The Channel Partner shall not make any unauthorized statement or send any written communication regarding the Company or its projects without prior written consent.
The Channel Partner's name must be mentioned in the Company Application Form and Site Visit Form.
The Company has not authorized any Channel Partner or individual to receive cash or payment on behalf of the Company.
Any dispute arising between the Channel Partner and the Company shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Bangalore.
All costs, charges, duties, and stamp duty arising out of this transaction shall be borne by the Channel Partner.
All leads must be registered with the Company prior to the site visit. The Channel Partner representative must accompany the client for the site visit.
It is mandatory for the Channel Partner representative to be present at the time of closing the sale and to sign the Booking Application Form.
Promotion of the project in any media requires prior written consent from the Company.
The invoice for brokerage shall be raised only after 30% of the sale value is paid and the Agreement of Sale is executed.
The Channel Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
